I just bought Photoshop 7, im having a hell of a time making Web templates, actually im having a hell of a time doing ANYTHING.

Is there any GOOD sites out there that teach this?

Photoshop is used to create photos for web site not to make them. indesign or golive is for web editing. If you want a good book on using photoshop for editing images then Photoshop Studio with Bert Monroy is a great reference to use.
