I just got Adobe Photoshop 5.0, and I'm not sure how to work it... I got it all installed and everything, but I keep getting confused. I want to know how to do all of the cool stuff to pictures. The main thing I want to do is like, make a picture black and white, but have a little bit of color in it still. Like some people turn their pictures black and white, but keep their eye color, or shirt color, or something like that. But yea if anyone could explain anything they know about it to me, it would be greatly appreciated. But in a way thats understandable lol.

I understand exactly how you feel. Some months ago I installed Photoshop CS2 in my computer with plans to design all these cool stuff. Unfortunately, I didn't know where to begin as everything looked so foreign!
I'm afraid there is no shortcut for this and you must learn from scratch, just as I did. You must first know and understand the functions of the various tools by investing a lot of time to read about and test these tools yourself.
