Photoshop layers question?

*everything is in CS3

I'm working on this project in Adobe Flash where I'm making an interface for the 9 planets, so when you click on one, you get information. I'm making the interface in Photoshop. What I want to do is draw the interface and import it, and then label the different planets as layers once I'm in PS, so they will convert to Flash easily as layers. How would I do this?

get some pics of the planets that you like and put them into photoshop, then use one of the cut tools like the laso and cut of the planet itself drag it into the page your making the interface in. on the bottom there is the layers box and you can order which ones to be ontop of the others
