Photoshop image effects question?

how do i make an image have alot of colors blended like and the way the image looks like that in either photoshop OR paint shop pro? i have been trying to figure out how to do this for hours....thanks easy points

You can create a new layer on top of the picture you want make colorful. Then go to Filter %26gt; Render %26gt; Cloud then go to Filter . Render %26gt; Difference Clouds and it should make weird looking cloud patterns. Then set that layer to overlay, then merge the whole PSD file and after merging it copy the layer then go the Gaussian blur and add a small amount of blur to it after which you put the copied layer to overlay again to create that smooth rainbow looking overlay....sorry if its a little complicated, thats just how I do it :)
you should use Gradiant color on images.

1- add layer,

2- add gradiant colors

3-select option "color" from styles (on right sight top of layer window)
