I have the language packs installed for windows and can view the fonts in all my regular applications. The font even shows up in photoshop for the text layer name and in the title bar. However, the font is not displayed on the image itself. I have found some directions, but they all refer to Photoshop 6, and I'm using Photoshop 7.

You can purchase some big5 fonts from the internet or from some computer or book shops. Those provide Adobe PS compatibility will show you they are on the box. Just look out for them.
