Any Paint shop Pro X experts? Not Photoshop...?

I have paint shop pro...NOT PHOTOSHOP... cause some things in paint shop don't apply to the same things in photoshop so um...I'm trying to turn a picture gray and black with some parts of the picture still colored. I've been looking for tutorials every where and I mean everywhere. So could anybody tell me step by step how to do it? Thanks...

Use the "change to target" tool and use black as the tool , and use that on the parts you wish to turn black and white. Alternatively use the "saturation up/down" tool on these parts, of course making the saturation go down.
