When opening a .PDF file in Adobe Photoshop CS2, is there a way to keep that "Import .PDF"

When opening a .PDF file in Adobe Photoshop CS2, is there a way to keep that "Import .PDF" box from coming up everytime? I need to open 200 .PDF files at once in Photoshop but everytime it tries to open a .PDF file, it stops to asks me WHICH page of the .PDF PAGE I'd like to open (also displays page options for that .PDF file such as resolution) and I have to press "OK" to open it. Each .PDF file I have only has 1 page anyway! How do I keep that box from popping up everytime I try to open a .PDF file?

You can't.

Photoshop does not actually handle the PDF, it handles the underlying EPS, and to do that, it needs to know which page you want opened, so it can extract the correct EPS.

You could use Acrobat to first extract EPS from each of the PDFs and then have Photoshop batch open those EPS files.
