Photoshop plugins?

I want to download plugins for Photoshop CS but I've no idea of how to actually get them into the program. Can anybody help me please?

you just paste it in its respective folder in the program files

example:

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Plug-Ins

C:\Program Files\Adobe\Photoshop CS\Presets\Brushes

Put them in your Photoshop plugin directory. Then when you launch Photoshop, it should pick them up automatically. They will appear wherever appropriate. Often they can be found in the Filters menu, along with the native Photoshop filters.
