So I've been working on my photoshop skills and editing and airbrushing and fixing things and recently someone had asked me if I was good enough to give someone amazing cleavage. I replied saying I probably could so they gave me a photo which was impossible to work with! (No offense to the girl).
Does anyone want to take the reigns on this one or maybe help me out?

Yea, tell her to give you another picture. The pink-shirted girl is too close to her chest to be able to do anything to it.
It's possible, anything is possible with photoshop :P
But it would be WAY too much work and take way too long to be able to fix it with the girl so close to her.

Press: Filter. Then Liquify.
Make her breast bigger. The cleavage will possibly fall into place. Although, making her breast bigger would make the other ones' breast smaller. Damn shame.
Tell her to give you another picture, that would be nearly impossible.
